Cheerlin began in 1996 as a stainless steel kitchen workshop in Dongguan. Today the facility runs across 30,000 square meters, with an R&D center in Florence shaping every new collection. The people, the tooling, and the design language have grown together — and none of it is outsourced.

Our Florence R&D team shapes the look; our Dongguan engineers turn it into CAD files, cut lists, and hardware schedules. Every drawing is approved before a single panel is touched.

Stainless steel, PET, Egger and Cleaf boards, honeycomb aluminum, premium hardware — all sourced from fixed suppliers we’ve worked with for years. Incoming materials are checked before they enter the workshop.

HOMAG cutting lines, edge banders, and CNC machines handle the panels. Stainless steel carcasses are welded in-house, then paired with honeycomb aluminum cores for strength and moisture resistance.

Three inspection points: after cutting, after assembly, and before packing. Door alignment, hinge travel, surface finish, and hardware torque are checked against the spec sheet for every unit.

Flat-pack or pre-assembled, depending on your order. Foam corners, edge guards, and moisture bags protect every piece. Containers are loaded at our own warehouse and sealed before dispatch.

Third-generation stainless steel carcasses with a honeycomb aluminum core — rust-free, moisture-proof, built to outlast the building.

Built around your floor plan, not around standard sizes — every closet is cut to fit the room it lives in.

Flush-mounted doors that sit level with adjoining walls, so the entire surface reads as one continuous plane.

Supplied in matched batches so the wood grain and tone stay consistent from one end of the room to the other.

Thermal-break aluminum frames sealed for silence, efficiency, and the kind of detail you only notice up close.

Moisture-resistant vanity systems engineered for bathrooms that stay looking new after a decade of daily use.

Share your requirements (product type, dimensions, materials, finishes, quantity, and target market).
2
We create 2D/3D drawings and material proposals based on your needs. Once approved, we produce and ship physical samples for your review and final confirmation.
After sample approval, we begin mass production with strict quality inspections at every stage — from raw materials to final pre-shipment checks

We manage professional packaging, shipping, and all export documents. Our team continues to support you after delivery with installation guidance, spare parts, and ongoing service.
Yes. We produce under our own Cheerlin brand and also manufacture for dealers and retailers who want their own label. Logo placement, packaging, and documentation can all be adjusted to your specification.
For containerized orders, one 20ft or 40ft container is our standard starting point. Smaller sample orders and single-unit showroom pieces are handled separately — send us the spec and we’ll quote accordingly.
Standard lead time is 35 to 45 days for stainless steel kitchens, and 25 to 35 days for wardrobes, doors, and wall panels. Large project orders are scheduled individually and confirmed in writing before production starts.
Both. Flat-pack keeps freight costs down for dealer inventory; pre-assembled suits hotel and residential project installations where on-site labor is limited. We’ll recommend the right option once we understand your logistics setup.
Cabinet bodies carry a 10-year structural warranty; hardware follows the warranty terms of the original brand. Replacement parts and technical support are handled directly by our export team, not through third-party agents.
