Wall Panel

Decorative wall panel systems for residential and hospitality interiors — supplied in matched batches so grain, tone, and texture stay consistent across every wall in the project.

Why Our Wall Panel Stand Out

Our ADVAntages

One surface. No visible seams.

Wall panels are produced and delivered in full-room sets — every panel for a single wall comes from the same material batch, cut in sequence, and labeled for installation order. Finish options run across the same system as our door and wardrobe lines, so a room can carry one continuous material reference from floor to ceiling. Feature walls, headboard panels, corridor cladding, and lobby installations are all standard applications.

HOW WE BUILD THEM

Engineering behind every wall panel

Substrate & Core

Panel cores are moisture-resistant MDF or multi-layer plywood, selected based on the installation environment and finish type. Core thickness runs from 9mm to 18mm — thicker cores carry heavier veneers and provide better acoustic damping for the room.

Surface Finishing

Faces are finished in real wood veneer, lacquer, fabric wrap, stone-effect laminate, or fluted profiles — applied and cured before the panels leave the factory. No site finishing required; panels arrive ready to install.

Batch Sequencing

Every panel in an order is cut from the same material batch, numbered in installation sequence, and packed in order. Grain direction, tone, and texture are continuous across the full wall — not matched by eye on site.

Installation Systems

Panels are supplied with the appropriate fixing method for the substrate — adhesive for solid walls, aluminum clip systems for stud partitions, and batten systems for uneven surfaces. Fixing hardware ships with the panels.

FAQS

Questions we get asked most

How do you ensure grain and tone consistency across a large feature wall?

Every panel for the same wall is cut from a single material batch and numbered in installation sequence before packing. Grain direction and tone are continuous across the full run — not matched visually on site after delivery.

Can fluted and flat panels be mixed within the same room order?

Yes. Fluted, flat, and grooved profiles can be specified panel by panel within a single order. We produce them in the same finish batch so the surface color and tone stay consistent regardless of the profile shape.

Can wall panels be used in wet areas like bathrooms or spa rooms?

Moisture-resistant MDF cores with fully sealed edges are available for wet-area applications. Surface finishes for these environments are specified differently — tell us the room type when placing the order and we'll recommend the right combination.

Do wall panels require a specialist installer, or can a general contractor fit them?

Flat panels with adhesive or clip fixing are straightforward for any experienced contractor. Fluted profiles and large-format veneer panels benefit from an installer familiar with sequenced panel layouts — we supply numbered installation drawings with every order.

What's the thinnest panel profile available for retrofitting over existing walls?

Our slimmest panels run at 9mm core with a 0.6mm face, giving a total thickness of under 10mm. At that depth, panels can be adhered directly over a flat existing wall without adding significant projection to the room.

Can the panel finish be coordinated with doors and wardrobes from a different order?

Send us the finish reference from the original order — batch number, material code, or a physical sample — and we'll match it within standard production tolerances. A sample panel is produced for approval before the full run starts.
