Bathroom vanities, sanitaryware fittings, and accessory systems for hotel projects and residential developers — supplied in matched sets, ready for installation.

Bathroom vanities, mirror cabinets, and sanitaryware fittings are produced and packed as matched sets — same finish batch, same production run, same box. For hotel and apartment projects, we work from a bathroom schedule and supply each floor’s units together. The result is a consistent finish across every room, without the variation that comes from mixing suppliers.
Vanity carcasses use moisture-resistant board with fully sealed edges and waterproof backing panels. Every joint is treated before assembly — not after — so water has no entry point even after years of bathroom use.
Door and drawer panel surfaces are tested for resistance to water, cleaning agents, and heat before production runs. Lacquered, PET, and stone-effect finishes all meet the same durability threshold — the choice is aesthetic, not structural.
All hinges, runners, and handles used in bathroom vanities are rated for high-humidity environments. Salt spray testing is part of our hardware selection process — fittings that don’t pass don’t go into production.
Vanities, mirror cabinets, and open shelving units for the same project are produced in a single run from the same material batch. Finish tone, grain direction, and panel thickness stay consistent across every piece in the order.
The carcass is built from moisture-resistant board with sealed edges and a waterproof backing panel. It won't swell or delaminate under normal bathroom conditions. For wet-area installations directly exposed to water — shower enclosures, for example — we recommend specifying a fully waterproof substrate, which we also offer.
Yes. Mirror cabinets, open shelving, and tall storage units are produced in the same finish system as the vanity — same door panel, same handle, same batch. The full bathroom joinery package can be ordered together and arrives coordinated.
Yes. Send us the basin model and tap specification when placing the order and we'll cut and finish the openings in the factory. Arriving on site with pre-cut tops saves installation time and avoids the risk of field-cutting errors on finished surfaces.
We manufacture the cabinetry and joinery components. For basins, taps, and plumbing fittings, we work with a network of vetted suppliers and can coordinate a complete bathroom package on request. Specify this when submitting your project brief.
All units for a single project are produced from the same material batch and run on the same production schedule. We don't split large orders across multiple runs unless the project timeline requires it — and if it does, we produce and approve a reference sample before the second run starts.
Standard vanity orders run 25 to 35 days from confirmation. Large project volumes — typically above 50 units — are scheduled individually, with a production timeline confirmed in writing before the order is placed. Rush production is available in some cases; ask us when you submit the brief.
